Since 2002, NLCC has been led by Reverend Yat Wan Eu and his wife Pastor Angelina Eu.  They were joined by Youth Pastor and Elder, Pastor Jason Tan, in 2007.

Reverend Eu is currently serving as Senior Pastor of New Life City Church.
Reverend Eu graduated with a Master of Arts in Bible and Missions from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary (AGTS) in Springfield, Missouri, USA in 1986. He joined Trinity Christian Centre, Singapore as youth pastor in 1983 and was missions director from 1987-2002. 
Married to Angelina Yeo in 1982, they have  a son, Timothy (1987), and 2 daughters, Dorothy (1993) and Kristin (1996). 
Since 1987, Rev Eu has been conducting leadership training and equipping seminars for pastors and church leaders in Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Cambodia, England, Guam, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Philippines,  Romania,  Sri Lanka, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, the USA and Vietnam. 
He is involved in consultation work with denominational leaders and pastors with regard to cell churches, church growth and missions and leadership development.

Ministry Profile for Pastor Angelina Eu

Angelina graduated with a Master of Arts in Christian Education from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary (AGTS) in Springfield, Missouri in 1986. She was subsequently awarded Scholastic Recognition from the National Association of Professors of Christian Education which is awarded in the USA to students who have excelled in their studies.

Angelina joined Trinity Christian Centre as Child Care Supervisor in 1983 to set up and manage the Trinity Child Care Centre, Agapeland.   She was Pastor (Church Education) from 1986 to 1996 and continued to be a Lay-Pastor after she resigned to take care of her then young children. She lectured regularly at Theological Centre for Asia in Christian Education from 1986 – 2002 and is trained in personality assessments (MBTI, DISC, Taylor-Johnson) and counselling (inner healing and deliverance).

Married to Yat Wan in 1982, they have a son, Timothy (1987), and two daughters, Dorothy (1993) and Kristin (1996). They moved to Perth in 2002, led by God to pastor New Life City Church.  Since then Angelina has completed her Diploma in Education (Early Childhood) and is currently a part-time trainer.

Ministry Profile for Pastor Jason Tan

Jason graduated from The University of Western Australia (UWA) with a Bachelor of Computer Science in 2002 and Masters of Business Administration in 2004. Jason then served as a full time Youth Pastor at the Church of Singapore in Woodlands from 2004 to 2005, where he managed a dynamic growing youth ministry and assisted in the management of a church-owned Student Care Centre in Woodlands.   He completed his Diploma with Tung Ling Bible College in 2005 and was honoured as the Dean's Top Student, before returning to Perth as a permanent resident.
Jason has been happily married to Sally Toh since 2004. Sally has a heart for bringing comfort to broken youth and families, and is currently a leader of the high school ministry in NLCC.  They migrated to Perth in early 2006.

Jason's passion is to see God empower the youth as the future leadership in the church and to see young people of this generation proclaim the name of Jesus. He oversees NLCC's Joshua Life
 Ministry, which is a youth ministry comprising secondary and tertiary students.   Jason is filled with a heart for missions, and he has led and planned numerous mission teams to Indonesia, Thailand and
 Malaysia.

Ministry Profile for Elder Seng Kian Gan

Most people cannot pronounce his name ‘Seng Kian’, so he has always been known by his initials ‘S.K’!
SK graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science from The University of Western Australia in 1985. He owns a general practice and has been in practice for over 20 years. SK is happily married to Fionna and they have been blessed with three children, a daughter Mariah (1995), and two sons, Joshua (1997) and Joseph (2001).
SK came to the Lord in 1992 and since then, he has served the Lord tirelessly in various ministries. His passions are fulfilling the Great Commission, teaching the Word and encouraging unity in the body of Christ.

Ministry Profile for Elder James Seow

James and his wife Sarah were both born in Perth, and during their time in medical school in UWA, served in ministry together in SMA, the Christian Healthcare Students Group. James later became the Secretary and Vice-President of the para-church organisation, which grew to involve healthcare students across several campuses in Perth.  In 2000 he also coordinated and chaired united prayer meetings and a celebration service amongst the many different Christian groups at the UWA campus.
When New Life City Church was formed in 2001, James joined as a founding leader and later chairman for the university and high school ministry, Joshua Life. 2002 was a momentous year as both he and Sarah graduated from medical school and were married at the end of the year. As the need for a young working adults ministry emerged, they launched the Twelve Stones ministry in 2003, where both served as leaders until James took leave to complete his final Radiology subspecialty training in 2009. 
James has been serving as an Elder at NLCC since 2006 and, together with Sarah, was blessed with beautiful twin baby girls in January 2010. His passions in ministry are for the Word, teaching and Christian unity. In his spare time, he enjoys being one of the church's unofficial photographers.

Ministry Profile for Elder Alan Ong

Alan holds both an Engineering degree and a Masters in Business Administration degree majoring in Banking and Finance.  He began his career as an engineer in 1988 and subsequently joined the banking industry in 1996 where he still remains.  Alan is currently an Accredited Finance Broker and is also an independent director with the listed company, Refresh Group Limited.

Married to Olivia Ong in 1987, they have a son, Keith (1992) and two daughters, Natania (1994) and Keandria (2003).   

When he was with Grace Assembly of God in Singapore, Alan was actively involved in various ministries including pre-marital counselling and cell leadership.  He was also in various leadership positions throughout the years which included being a board member of the church community arm, Reach Community Services; chairman of the church’s fund raising committee and human resource committee; and member of the church’s Finance committee as well as church board member (deaconship).

In 2007, Alan and his family migrated to Perth.  He currently serves in NLCC as an Elder and Treasurer of the Board of Elders.
